Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY to enter the Sweepstakes or to win a prize. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry, except residents of the following states where this promotion is void: Washington, Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, Montana, and Connecticut. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

"Sweeps Coins" (SC) are the promotional sweepstakes currency. SC are never sold and have no purchase price. Accumulated SC may be redeemable for prizes subject to these Rules, identity verification, and minimum redemption thresholds. SC have no cash value except as specifically set forth in these Rules.

"Gold Coins" (GC) are a separate entertainment-only virtual currency. GC have no monetary value and can never be redeemed for prizes, cash, or anything of value.

Eligible participants may obtain free SC by any of the following methods, each at no cost:

1. Daily Bonus: Log in to your account once every 24 hours to claim the free daily bonus, which includes both Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins at no charge.
2. Email Request: Send an email to legendarysweepstakes@gmail.com with the subject line "FREE SWEEPS COINS REQUEST" and include your full legal name, date of birth, state of residence, and the email address associated with your Legendary Sweepstakes account.

   One free SC allocation per person per calendar month via email request. Allow up to 7 days for processing. Requests sent from an email address other than the one registered to your account may not be honored.

To participate, create a free account at the Site and log in. Use SC to play available games. SC won during game play will be added to your SC balance. The odds of winning depend on the game played and the outcome of each individual play.

SC balances meeting the minimum redemption threshold (as posted on the Redeem page) may be redeemed for prizes, which may include electronic gift cards or other items of value as offered by the Sponsor from time to time. Redemption is subject to:

• Identity verification (KYC) confirming eligibility;
• Compliance with these Official Rules;
• Applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes on prizes received.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Fraudulent or automated entries are void.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, telecommunications failures, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.

These Rules are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING STATE], without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. All disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. CLASS ACTION WAIVER: participants waive any right to bring or participate in a class action.
