Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of an eligible U.S. state (see the Official Rules for excluded states) to create an account or participate in any sweepstakes promotion. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe involve fraudulent activity.

One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

Gold Coins (GC) are a virtual entertainment currency for use in our games. GC have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes, and are non-transferable. Purchases of Gold Coin packages are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Sweeps Coins (SC) are a promotional sweepstakes currency that are never sold. SC are awarded for free through the daily bonus, mail-in request, and as a complimentary bonus accompanying Gold Coin purchases. SC may be redeemable for prizes subject to the Official Rules and identity verification. SC have no cash value except where redeemable for prizes under the Official Rules.

Gold Coin packages may be purchased through our payment processors. All purchases are in U.S. dollars. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. We do not store full payment card details. All sales are final; we do not offer refunds except where required by law or at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service;
• Exploit bugs, errors, or unintended features to gain an unfair advantage;
• Create multiple accounts or share accounts with others;
• Attempt to sell, trade, or transfer virtual currencies or account access;
• Use the Service from a jurisdiction where it is prohibited;
• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software, is the property of the Sponsor or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. GC and SC balances in a terminated account are forfeited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved by arbitration (see Official Rules) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [GOVERNING STATE].
